Wake up! 21.5.19 src/alloc.c: MALLOC_BEGIN bug.

src/alloc.c contains:

When ERROR_CHECK_MALLOC defined, compiling is ok - MALLOC_BEGIN is
running whithout args in functions xmalloc() and xcalloc(). When is not
defined, XEmacs is not compiled.
This problem is reproduced, when XEmacs 21.5.19 build on the FreeBSD 4.x
systems.
