CVS is up.
I and Steve Youngs have similar problems; if you have SSH access to a remote
machine, try checking out from there and copying it locally, it seems to be
a question of ISP. Stephen has also made a regularly updated Mercurial
mirror available at a separate IP address, which shouldn’t have those
problems; follow the instructions in
87y7h4jmf0.fsf(a)uwakimon.sk.tsukuba.ac.jp of July 26th in the XEmacs-review
archive for access to that.
