ugh, sorry I should have been more explicit about my setup. Note to
self: next time, include describe-installation output...
After a preliminary look at this, I'm almost positive it's
not my bug.
I tracked it down to the following loop in callint.c (line 932):
Please don't get me wrong, I don't say it's "your" bug :-) It's
simply
the first time I've come across it.
The following patch fixes the crash, but don't ask me why:
Yes, it looks like the feature's gone after applying this patch.
