Most Scheme engines would support this easily; it would probably take
a few more instructions to tune them to the #f/NIL issue as well as
separated function/value slots, but none of these is a big deal. The
real issue is, of course, the compiler, which someone would have to
write. However, since CLISP, GCL etc. come with CLISP parsers and
elaborators, this is probably doable. (Certainly not PhD-level work.
But still work. Still a lot of it.)
