Thanks for checking. The patch was actually in an attachment - I sent
it from my gmail account and the attachment gets placed at the end
apparently. I don't know that I had any control over placement. :-(
This is the patch you applied that prevented the detection of
site-packages and mule-packages? I think that's a little odd - I've
been running with mule and haven't noticed any problems. Can you run
with EMACSDEBUGPATHS=t in the enviroment and send along the output,
please? Concurrently, I will investigate on my 21.5 kit.

mule-packages and site-packages are detected and added to the
load-path just fine for me. Please send along the debug info I
requested. You don't happen to have either EMACSLOADPATH or
EMACSPACKAGEPATH set, either in the environment or the registry, do
you?
