riece build failure
XEmacs 21.4.14, mule, "make autoloads" from top level of a fresh
packages tree fails with:
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `skk/autoloads.target', needed by
`riece/autoloads.target'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/scop/cvs/xemacs/packages.vanilla/xemacs-packages'
make: *** [xemacs-packages/autoloads.target] Error 2
