With a "--pdump" build, there is an additional file that gets installed
as "xemacs-21.4.23-54ee212e.dmp" (with a variable hash, it seems). What
is its functionality? Is it needed? The changeable name is a bit of a
headache for package management.
I downloaded all the patches from the ftp site.
Good. They should have comments at the top, but that's WIP. ;)
