SourceForge shell service is slowly coming back
I have been able to update the site manually just now
(http://www.us.xemacs.org/).
Since I'm failing over to another server from shell1.sourceforge.net
upon login I wouldn't call the problem fixed.
At least
http://www.us.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html#5
is now updated to document the problem.
If you ever find an XEmacs web mirror outdated or behaving funny, try
other servers.
http://www.xemacs.org
and
http://www.us.xemacs.org
are your best bets, since they are directly updated from CVS commits.
