[info.el] top line splitting under MULE

In function `Info-fontify-region', top line is split into multiple lines if it is very long. The code is not good for MULE, since it confuses columns and characters. The problem appears when we read skk.info. When a page with long top line is displayed for the first time, it seems OK. Go to next node ([space] twice) and get back ([BS] twice). This time one more new line is inserted at the point where the split occurred. (Anyway, this feature doesn't seem very important to me.
