RE: [gnu.emacs.sources] tabbar.el
emacs21 has got a very nice tab bar, that 1) is scrollable, 2) lets
you switch between different buffer groups and 3) is visually more
appealing than xemacs' one
the lisp code implementation was recently posted to gnu.emacs.sources
AFAIK this doesn't help very much because XEmacs has no header-line ae
GNu Emacs 21.X and this package is completely based onto this feature.
