Are you sure about the version number?

Is there some hope that recent versions of xemacs will have such
type of support.
Unless you start hacking, I think this is unlikely. Unfortunately
there are no developers who speak any of these R-to-L languages. I
think a lesson to be drawn from Mule project is that it this is very
important. There is a bit of a chicken and egg problem here.
