I stopped including the package 'Sun' in the Sumo's when it was
explained to me that the package is rilly rilly old and incompatible
with modern XEmacsen.
It won't be going back into the Sumo any time soon either. Anyone who
needs this package (this is the _only_ instance I can recall anyone
saying that they use it), they can very easily install via XEmacs
Package Tools or manually via FTP.
