Hi me again, I just compiled that version, no this is indeed 21.4.16,
so where is the actual csv version, sorry for this elementary question
but I never was on this experimental side.

It sounds like you have the correct version (the version number
doesn't change until just before the release). The most recent
ChangeLog entry in the correct version is:
