Where to upload?

Hello, My son and I wrote some code for Xemacs and while it is useful to us and adds to our user experience--and we want to share, I don't think it is enough to make a package out of it. Do all things need to be made into packages to b e distributed? Is that what I should do? Or, where do you think things like this should get uploaded to? I don't have a personal website to upload it to.
