The latest upstream Gnus, ie Oort Gnus 0.15, or the latest XEmacs
package Gnus, ie Gnus 5.8.8? I ask this because...

...I can't reproduce this with:

You might want to do something about all of these.
RR> (/usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/lisp/ps-print/ps-print
RR> /usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/lisp/ps-print-nomule/ps-print
The "ps-print-nomule" package is no more, it was replaced with
"ps-print". So remove it...
M-x package-get-delete-package RET ps-print-nomule RET
RR> /home/reid/emacs/
And I think if you *don't* include that directory in your load-path
you'll clear up the rest of your load-path shadowings.

I hope you're not trying to run Oort with this installed.
