Samle.emacs still contains ange-ftp setup
I don't feel qualified to proppose an actual change, but if ange-ftp is
depricated in favor of efs, does it make sense to have ange-ftp
setup support in the Sample.emacs file? My view of such files is that
it is for new users and new installations which ought not have
the older package.
