[21.2.28] Won't build on Solaris 2.5 with X.

XEmacs fails to link on Solaris 2.5 with the following error: Undefined first referenced symbol in file XConvertCase event-Xt.o ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to temacs XConvertCase is not *exported* from the Solaris 2.5 libX11. It appears statically defined.
