Re: fontlock-speed

Hi, I have to admit we're having the same problem here in the office, I used to maintain a list of latest 21.1/2/4/5 installed, and we all noticed some very annoying speed decrease at least in java (and jde when we tried it) mode with font-lock for files over 5000 lines. We have some files with around 10000 lines of java, and pressing tab to get to the next line can take up to 5 seconds, and never less than 2. So we all switched back to 21.1 as I did not have time to look into that.
