Certainly is. Forgive me - I'm new to all this - is the "GTK lossage" a
bug, and therefore beyond my fixing, or an indication that I am missing a
vital library?
It is a bug in the XEmacs/GTK port - I've been trying to track down a fix,
but have not had any luck. Nothing wrong with your setup. You can select
with the keyboard or with double/triple clicks though.
