Oops.
cvs.xemacs.org (aka sunsite.dk) offers anonymous rsync as a standard
feature.
I'm not a rsync expert, but
rsync -arvz rsync@cvs.xemacs.org::xemacscvs ./
works for me, creating or updating XEmacs (with xemacs, xemacs-19,
packages, xemacs-builds, xemacsweb, and some old junk) and CVSROOT in ./
I don't think sunsite offers cvsup or ctm.
