Re: symbols missing

Dear sirs, we have installed xemacs-21.4.12 on sun solaris 2.7 Starting it opens the xemacs window. When we try to press the 'open' button (or 'open ...' in the menue) ist say "symbol's functzion definition is void: make-annaotation". The same with 'dired', 'save as'. On the help the 'info' -'Lookup'commands say "symbol's value variable is void: file-p". Is something missing? I did not find anything in the FAQ or other documentations. I added config.log, config.status and the outputs of configure and 'make install'.
