It happened again. I'm sure there was no swapping (no disk noise) and
no other activitiy. Typing *did not* cause VM's flushing to stop. Or
if it did, it took more than 3-4 seconds to return control.
I don't mind this delay (similar to GC delays), but it would be nice
if VM could change the cursor to something to indicate that it's busy.
