Yes, by way of my Windows {2000,XP} user-level environment variable
dialog, set there so that Cygwin picks it up before loading any Cygwin
applications.
What does (getenv "HOME") evaluate to?
"/home/sharr" (at work, Windows 2000)
"/home/seh" (at home, Windows XP)
