It's fine with me to move vcard.el out of gnus. I don't have any gnus
changes in progress, so any time Robert is ready to move the file is
okay with me.
Should Robert also consult with whoever is the maintainer for mail-lib?
Yes. I thought that was XEmacs Dev Team, but actually it's Simon
Josefsson <simon(a)josefsson.org>.
