Hello Please answer my question. We maked a player in Linux with Lisp languaege ,but we dont know how to make a UDP connection between our player and the server with Lisp languaege. We looked in many sources ,but we didn't attain any affects. Please say to us for making a UDP connection and geting and sending messages with that Lisp languaege which orders . Emergency patch: mswindows completely hosed 25 years, 2 months

The portable dumper changes have completely hosed mswindows, I think its something to do with the opaque_ptr changes. mswindows uses these to store menu item ids in a hash table. It looks like that emacs is unable to get the items out of the hash table. The following patch fixes things although I do not understand the code enough to know whether this is the correct patch. Top line clipping destroys Gnus 25 years, 2 months

Another newspaper-headline-like subject. To see this, view an article that is longer than your screen and that contains an x-face. Then press RET to scroll down by one line (I often read that way.) After the first RET, the scrolling is correct (wow, the top line actually clipped!) However, the second time Gnus is completely confused, and jumps by a whole page. Now, this may very well be a Gnus bug, but even in that case the fact that Gnus got screwed with the change may prove indicative. Andy, could you please describe the exact behavioural change that your top-line-clipping patch induces? I've seen the patch, but I don't remember seeing a description. Not being a redisplay expert, a description would help *a lot*.

Interesting....
