This is all 100% Hrvoje> repeatable, with -vanilla, under X (Athena) and Linux. I see this all of the time too on my Solaris build. I don't know about the endless loop, but C-g gets the errors. Also, the slider thing is always pushed all the way to the right of the gauge. This can't be right. Ray
