particular). I need to a series of simple linked web pages. I want a static
small left-side with links so that clicking on a link will change the content
in the middle. Each page has the same static left-side (and static
header/footer for that matter. Only the middle content changes. Many web
pages have this including
xemacs.org but I cannot find a simple way or tool
to set this up! I don't need or want frames and I want to do minimal manual
html coding. I'd love to use xemacs for editing the content. How can I best
do this?
