gnus-1.49

        This week-end, I upgrade from gnus-1.45 to gnus-5.8.7.
today, I found gnus-1.49 in the xemacs.org archive.

why did you get rid of base64.el and md5.el ?
well, base64.el exists as part of the w3 package, but is older that
the one delivered w/ gnus-5.8.7. also, which package contains md5.el ?

PS : I'm not in the xemacs-beta list, so, don't forget to include me
