I'm still working on these. As the deadlines have passed, I
suppose they'll be in 21.2. I haven't been working hard on these
because 21.2 is still pretty far off. As for the rest, I thought that
consensus has not yet been reached on the ~/.xemacs issues.
Side note: "deleting" the old version is going to consist of simply
purging the old lisp code. Unless we come up with some scheme to save
lists of installed files from packages, we're unable to delete old
files under info/, etc/, and so forth, because we don't know what files
to delete.
