Is auto-de/compression via jka-compr working in Mule-enabled XEmacsen?
In my Mule/XEmacs 21.2-b26, what should be control-M's in the
compressed file are converted to control-J's somewhere along the line,
resulting in a corrupted gzip file.
In a brief search of the xemacs-beta archive, I only found problems
with jka-compr in non-Mule XEmacsen.
I have version 1.19 of the os-utils package.
