You shouldn't do any of those.  If installed properly, the packages
should Just Work.  Check out the package installation instructions at
<http://www.xemacs.org/Documentation/packageGuide.html>;.  You can also
use netinstaller to install them on Windows.

Please use <xemacs-beta(a)xemacs.org&gt; for this kind of reports, the
-patches list is for patches.  The mailing list descriptions are at

 I've had no luck getting anything to work correctly. 

 Would someone provide some insight please?  I'm
 running Windows XP.
