New subject: [BUG] `scroll-up' command broken in 21.2-b20 (AIX 4.3.2)

  3. Press the <Page Down> key (i.e. `next') which runs
     `scroll-up-command' or issue `M-x scroll-up RET'
  4. The text does not scroll. 
It works for me (If I load a file which is actually larger than will
fit the window). 

There seem to be some very weird bugs in the recent betas.
