In particular, we need to know whether there are any keyboards in
common use that have both a Delete and a BackSpace key, but the
BackSpace key is not conveniently situated somewhere above the
Return/Enter key.
Data points:
- The Happy Hacking keyboard is not in common use, and the BackSpace
key is still usable on that keyboard, albeit with a modifier.
- Many DEC keyboards apparently have only a Delete key.
- Some Linux systems have, by default, 2 delete keys, since BackSpace
is xmodmapped to Delete.
