Hi All, this documentation is now part of the xemacs-devel package, only available via CVS at this point. Once a new xemacs-devel packages is rolled, you will be able to access it via C-h C-i patcher RET It is available from the XEmacs Website already, as http://www.xemacs.org/Documentation/packages/html/patcher.html Other master websites any mirrors will follow shortly.
