Delete the pop3.el in gnus as it shouldn't be there.

Delete both of the base64.el files. I don't know where you got the
one in Gnus (the XEmacs distribution of Gnus doesn't have it), the
one in W3 is a distribution bug. base64 is implemented in C code so
neither of them should be used.
