The script uses a list though of known extensions that is considered
to be safe, not possible to license. If Postscript files can be safely
ignored it is easy to add any extension that is applicable, I guess
".ps" is a good candidate here.

Keeping in mind I only looked at one package...
I think you would also need .doc and .rtf on that list. But, why bother
with etc at all? I'd just do the lisp directory and maybe texi. And,
for .texi files, wouldn't you need to look for a different license
anyways? Something like the GNU Free Documentation License? Maybe you
should just forget about texi as well.
