Uh oh.

b40-pre1 has become b40-pre2 with three fixes:

man/lispref/dragndrop.texi is included
apropos.el has a (concat integer ...) fix
`with-displaying-help-buffer' has been reverted to its 20.4 interface

None of these changes are likely to fix this crash. :-(

I'm rebuilding now with lisp unions and full error checking and will
see if I can spot anything.
