        Linux RH7.1, most packages very up-to-date.

Typing a reply in Gnus, with automatic timer foo inducing Gnus to
display an X-Sent ("date lapsed") header in the original message.

But then again, in a fresh XEmacs, simply M-x load-library RET
timezone RET and then evaluating the two expressions
        (timezone-fix-time "Sat, 11 May 2002 00:29:18 -0500" nil nil)
        (timezone-time-zone-from-absolute 730981 1758)
works just fine.
