Using the Windows binary release (Net Installer), my mouse wheel does nothing when I move the mouse pointer to point at the middle of a buffer and rotate the wheel. It doesn't even beep or say 'xxx not defined'. Expected behaviour is to scroll the buffer up and down, if scrolling would be possible with C-v and M-v. The mouse wheel works correctly in most other Windows apps.
