I'm sorry about the breakage. I issued a note about it a couple of days in
advance, but you evidently weren't on the list. We have just done the
*big* upgrade, going from Red Hat 5.2 to 6.2 and totally swapping the
hardware.
/web is permanent, so the affected scripts will need to be changed, or made
to use relative paths. Please let me know if there is anything which
cannot be done with your level of control. I have meanwhile fixed the home
directory for xemacweb.

If this was unintentional, it should be undone.
If this was correct (it *is* a more logical name), then occurrences of
/opt/http-xemacs in the XEmacs web tree and elsewhere should be
replaced by /web/http-xemacs.
I found these files that perhaps need to be edited or regenerated:
(mrb@gwyn) /web/http-xemacs $ rg -l opt/http-xemacs 2>/dev/null

I don't currently know how the mailing list archive software is maintained.
I don't know why we have a ".wilma" directory - a Flintstone reference?
Also, the home directory for the web maintenance user `xemacweb' is
/opt/http-xemacs, which no longer exists.
I suggest doing
ln -s /web/http-xemacs /opt/http-xemacs
