Exactly.  I've gone ahead and implemented the nesting, so now all
xemacs-announce messages will also go to both the xemacs
(comp.emacs.xemacs) and xemacs-beta lists as well.

For those of you who post announcements, please send Beta related
messages to xemacs-beta and continue to send all other announcements
to xemacs-announce.
