A simple remark: I think you should try to be able to show anything
that can be described using html4/css2 (or xml/css2), and if possible
without going to lisp unless absolutly necessary (lazy shot ?) for a
redraw or (more difficult) a window size change. I do not imply that
the syntax of the properties/extents/whatever used to inform the
redisplay the required layout should have anything to do with xml or
css, only that it is the level of support we are probably going to
need for the next years.
