Given my current situation, yes. I need to keep the EFS XEmacs
package synchronized with the official releases, otherwise I'll go
nuts. So it's (on top of the technical complications which I haven't
fathomed yet) significantly more effort than just applying a patch to
the repository.
Please accept that I've heard your arguments, I know it should be done
as soon as possible, and I'll do it as soon as I can. Stop badgering
me.
