Ok, this one's missing here.
Right. It's not necessarily set by default and you have to make sure
libX11.so was compiled with this flag if you wish to use xfs for
localized menubars.
IIRC the XFree86 default is to define X_LOCALE if building against
Linux libc5, and to not define it when building against GNU libc 2.
GNU libc 2.0 does not support Asian locales, but GNU libc 2.1
reportedly does, though I haven't tested it yet.
