I have updated the wilma configuration files and put them under RCS on
www.xemacs.org.
I goofed a bit: The original files are not in RCS, but on available as
FILE.orig.
Revision RCS keywords got expanded when I put the .cf files under RCS.
Yet, we now have these under RCS control.

That GLIMPSEOUT error message is already an improvement I implemented.
For years you would get nothing back even though there were many
matches.
Now you know you need to shorten the regex.
One way to do so is to only search of two or three month, instead of six.
