How do we find the DOC file, nowadays ?
It would be very nice if the DOC file could go away. I dislike the
present DOC string lossage of functions in dumped lisp not defined at
the top level.
If we put the .dmp file in the same directory as the binary, that
should work. The code that determines where the running executable
lives is executed very early.
