 The problem is that I don't know whether this will look any better since we
 don't really have option menu support. Maybe I should look into this - does
 mswindows have an option menu widget? 
        Motif has one, BTW.

This also makes me wonder: is it possible to use widgets of different types at
the same time ? I mean native widgets, like I want this one to be Athena, and
this one to be Motif (no, I don't want msw under X :-) ?
