As the one who with some help from michael synced our VC with the core
FSF 20.2 VC, trust me, it is convenient that as long as we apply our own
patches they are marked.
Yes, but it would be nice if we didn't have to have any. If its a good
idea for XEmacs to have some functionality, we should try to convince the
core author if at all possible. I really don't think we want to have to do
a bunch of patching every time we create a new package, no matter what the
package.
