xemacsweb/batch-psgml-validate.el currently uses
sgml-next-trouble-spot which is known not to be able to fully validate
an SGML document:
(Info-goto-node "(psgml)Validate")
BUT! It does a pretty good job and is platform-independant (I use it
with XEmacs/PSGML in a native Windows NT build).
SP built fine on NT, but I haven't been able to use it successfully
yet.
