This really should be automated, but until then I do it by hand. I am fairly sure we haven't missed any patches by non-XEmacs people. However I do make mistakes (especially when I do this at 3:15am after a full day of bounding Feynman graphs). Somehow my own stuff falls through the cracks more often :-(..
